The SMRA Mentorship Program<\/strong> connects imaging trainees, undergraduate students, graduate students and early-career professionals who aspire to work in magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and vascular imaging with experienced mentors from academia, clinical practice, industry, and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

The program supports professional development, career exploration, and community-building<\/strong> within SMRA. Through one-to-one mentorship relationships, mentees receive guidance, perspective, and support to help navigate career decisions, transitions, and challenges.<\/p>\n

A special focus of the program is to support individuals from underrepresented backgrounds<\/strong> by promoting inclusive mentorship, addressing career barriers, and fostering long-term professional growth.<\/p>\n

The SMRA Mentorship Program is a continuous program and is not limited to the annual SMRA conference.<\/p>\n
