Reduced conference registration fees:

Following registration and confirmation of active SMRA membership status, the reduced registration fee for the upcoming annual SMRA Meeting may be applied using a discount code that will be sent by email.

Registration Fee Includes:

    • Admission to all scientific sessions
    • Admission to the exhibition area
    • Coffee breaks and lunches as per the meeting program
    • Certificate of attendance
    • Attendance to Welcome Reception on 20 October 2026

Registration guidelines

Registration will be confirmed only after the full registration fee has been received. Participants who do not receive a confirmation notice prior to the congress are kindly requested to contact the Registration Secretariat at smra@dekongroup.com

Only participants who have completed both the registration form and payment process will be considered fully registered and included in the official participant list.

The date of payment will determine the applicable registration fee. Even if the registration form is submitted before the Early Bird or Regular registration deadline, the corresponding fee cannot be applied unless full payment is received before the relevant deadline.

The Early Bird and Regular registration fees’ deadlines are by 23:59 according to Eastern Time Zone on the mentioned date.

Photography & Video Recording

SMRA 2026 may photograph and record video during the congress and use such materials in educational, promotional, news, and marketing publications, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the official SMRA 2026 website and social media channels.
By attending SMRA 2026, participants grant the Organizing Committee the right to use photographs, video recordings, and, where applicable, their name and professional affiliation for these purposes without further notice or compensation.

Student / Trainee Status Verification

Participants registering under the Trainee Registration category are required to provide the name /position and email address of their supervisor during the online registration process for trainee status verification. If the trainee status cannot be verified, the applicable regular registration fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration cancellations must be received in writing by the SMRA Organizing Committee via e-mail to smra@dekongroup.com

• • • Cancellations received before or on October 6th, 2026 – full refund less a 10% administrative fee
    • Cancellations received after October 6th, 2026 – no refund
    • Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the SMRA conference, and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
